Dental Pain and Anxiety Management

Many people are afraid to see a dentist due to a difficult past experience or the fear of the unknown. We explain our procedures before we perform any treatment. We do our best to provide several amenities to help keep you comfortable during any treatment:

• Warm blanket and neck pillows
  
• Custom radio/movies and headphones during treatment
  
• Nitrous oxide - a rapidly reversible gas inhaled to decrease awareness and pain in a safe and monitored environment
  
• A prescription tablet prior to treatment is available to help reduce anxiety (another driver is required following treatment)
  
• We use The Wand: a computer-controlled anesthetic delivery system that is extremely gentle and reduces discomfort during the numbing process
